1. Is it free to use the portal?

Yes! Every new user receives a 30-day free trial upon registration. During this trial, you can post as much as you like. After the trial ends, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue posting.

2. How long will my post be active?

The duration depends on the plan you select when submitting. "Free Posts" are active for 7 days, and "Paid Posts" are active for 30 days. You can also set a manual end date, which will override the plan's duration.

3. Why isn't my post showing up immediately?

All new submissions are sent to an administrator for a quick review to prevent spam and ensure quality. Your post will be visible on the site as soon as it is approved.

4. How do I renew my subscription?

When you are logged in, go to your "My Posts" dashboard. You will see your current subscription status and an expiry date. Click the "Renew Subscription" button to go to our secure payment page.

5. Why do you need my phone number?

We use your phone number to send you important, automated WhatsApp notifications, such as a welcome message, a confirmation when you submit a post, and a reminder when your subscription is about to expire.

6. What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, your posting privileges will be paused. You will not be able to submit new posts until you renew. Your existing posts will remain on your dashboard but may not be visible to the public.
